Teen Challenge owns property donated to the group, then rents it out (apartments)to the general public not in their program in any way. They are a disgrace in how well they maintain their properties, or at least they used to be, and using the term slumlord would be generous. I suggest to anybody not to donate property to them; if you want to help ...

In 2000 I went to it when it was held at the Convention center. Since I paid the fee to get in I wanted to buy something, and I did. I bought A VCR. I opened it at home and there was no remote, and after careful examination on the bottom it was remanufactured. It didn't last long, but I learned a valuable lesson.
