Once again a letter-writing campaign has stopped a Teen Challenge from taking root, this time in Leacock Township, PA, which is outside of Lancaster.  After the locals found out what Teen Challenge was really like, several people stood up in opposition and Teen Challenge brass decided to look for frendlier (see uninformed) folks.
