Does it really matter? I am proud to have served during the Vietnam WAR and received an Honorable discharge from the U.S.A.F. I was on Guam during the fall of Siagon. Most employers do not recognize this holiday and most Veteran's do not even get the day off. There are many less important holidays when people get the day off and of course the government always gets more holidays than the general public. I have always had to work and even asked for the day off to attend the parade but was told it wasn't a holiday that warranted my takinjf the day off. Some respect for our Veteran's. It won't be too long before it is replaced by some holiday that corporate amrica pays for. Too bad for all of us!!!!!!!!! Michael D. Johnson
