Your participation in this event will help support the programs and Services
offered by The Epilepsy Society to the clients we serve in Kern County each year.
Sliding Scale Registration Fee:
$250 per team if you sign up in April or before
$300 per team if you sign up in May
$350 per team if you sign up in June until 6-18-08
$375 per team after 6-18-08
The earlier you reserve a spot , the cheaper the fee. Send your tax-deductible payment
right away to reserve a spot in the tournament.
Entry fee includes a T-shirt for each participant (10 maximum)
If the same team plays both days, only one T-shirt per team member will be given.

Winning Teams will be awarded trophies for First place,and Medals for Second and Third Place.
