PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST IDENTITY THEFT AT
FREE SHREDDING EVENT ON May 3
The Better Business Bureau of Central California would like to help you protect yourself against the possibility of identity theft. Get rid of all those old bank statements, credit card bills and miscellaneous paper junk for free on Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bring up to six boxes of documents to the parking lot of West High School, 1200 New Stine Road, for free shredding. Shred-It, a professional mobile shredding company, will provide on-site destruction while you watch. There is a $3 donation per additional box for the Kern County Boys & Girls Club.
