With a full day of public education and awareness Donate Life California joins together with legislators, DMV, organ and tissue donor families, transplant recipients and allied health professionals who facilitate organ donation celebrate the 3 millionth registrant while at the same time declaring April as DMV/Donate Life California month on the steps of the State Capitol.
the Life 5K Run/Walk and 1K Fitness Run was established to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation while benefiting Donate Life California Organ and Tissue Donor Registry.
All runners and walkers, dialysis patients, transplant recipients, organ donors, donors families, allied health professionals, students, CSUF students, and CSUF alumni are invited to come out and participate! Donor families are invited to make their own patch for the OneLegacy Bridging Lives Quilt.
The race celebrates the last days of Nat'l Donate Life Month.
