Optimal Hospice Foundation will be hosting their 9th annual Team Roping on Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Thunderhead Ranch in Shafter. Ropers will complete for cash prizes, Gist belt buckles and two saddles. Registration begins at 8:00 am followed by roping competition at 8:45 am. Admission is free.
All proceeds from the event will help provide hospice services to underinsured or uninsured patients and their families in Kern County.
