We've added some photos of interest from the Brothers trial in our 'Evidence Locker' section. The photos from the trial were taken by Lydia Borjon, one of our newscast directors.
UPDATE 3/19/07 @ 7:40 PM
We've also put a request in to view the crime scene photos. Judge Bush said he will bring up the issue as early as Tuesday with the attorneys. Then he will decide which pictures will be released to the public. But Judge Bush has said he isn't sure how much he can really limit us on exhibits that have been presented in open court. In a previous blog, I asked for your thoughts on this very topic, but I'd love to rekindle that covnersation now that we seem closer to potentially gaining access. How much is too much in terms of crime scene photos? Do the victims, and the surviving Harper family have a reasonable expectation of privacy? How about plain decency?
