Yesterday, we showed a bit of fireworks in the court. Joanie Harper's friend Michelle Baptiste was asked if she knew if Vincent Brothers had moved into the Harper Home the year before the murders. The judge ruled that whether it was true, Baptiste did not appear to have firsthand knowledge and anything she testified to would be hearsay. It’s unclear what prosecutor Lisa Green said, but she appeared to exclaim something while turning around. And it appeared to be an expletive. I’m hoping the video will post with the story soon, so you can take a look for yourself. IMHO, such outbursts reflect what’s really going on in the courtroom. Both sides are very passionate about this case. Plus, we’ve reported on several outbursts from the defense, including J Anthony Bryan. And….the attorneys know the camera is there and rolling every time court is in session. What do you think? I think the outbursts are fair game.
